Dual screw home elevator

Dual screw-and-nut
A dual screw-and-nut drive system, combining the widely recognized gantry frame structure for enhanced stability with the safer screw-driven mechanism. 

Active safety system
We have independently developed an Active Safety System to address entrapment issues, providing enhanced safety assurance. In the event of an elevator malfunction, the cabin is separated from the drive system, allowing independent operation of the cabin for self-rescue. 


Silent screw technology

50 Decibels:  Noise levels are controlled below 50 decibels, meeting household silent operation standards.

0.25 m/s: Utilizing over 10-thread screws, the operation speed is twice that of traditional screw-and-nut systems. While ensuring safety and comfort, it achieves a breakthrough with a maximum speed of 0.25 m/s.

 

Efficient and more transport
The shaft columns and guide rails use integrated technology with precise design, eliminating the need for wall or ring beam support. This results in a space utilization rate of up to 71%.

The platform lift design meets the needs of limited installation space, restricted top floor height, and multi-directional door openings.

Efficient space-saving for high-rise areas
All equipment is compactly arranged on one side, significantly improving space utilization and maximizing the use of both home and shaft space. Installation requires less than 1m² of space.

Safe and comfortable
The screw drive eliminates the risk of top-out and bottom-out. It integrates safety features such as FER fire emergency stop, BASS battery monitoring system, and OLP overload protection. The standard configuration includes an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) anti-entrapment system, allowing the cabin to smoothly operate to a level floor in the event of a power failure.

Multiple speed options available
With over 10-thread screws, the operation speed is twice as fast as traditional screw-and-nut systems. While ensuring safety and comfort, it offers selectable elevator speeds of 0.15 m/s, 0.2 m/s, and 0.25 m/s.
