Installation Instructions

Step 1: Connect Stand Columns and Shaft Beams

• Lay out and secure stand columns and shaft beams on a level foundation.

Step 2: Connect Guide Rails

• Attach guide rails inside shaft beams using brackets; ensure vertical alignment.

Step 3: Motor Installation

• Install the motor at the top or in a motor room; connect to the drive system.

Step 4: Counterweight Installation

• Set up counterweight frame, add weights, and connect to the cabin via pulley.

Step 5: Fix the Cabin and Guide Shoes

• Lower cabin into shaft, align with guide rails, and attach guide shoes for smooth movement.

Step 6: Fix Cabin Door

• Install and align the cabin door for proper operation.

Step 7: Fix Landing Doors

• Install landing doors, ensuring alignment and secure locking.

Step 8: Buffers Installation

• Place buffers at the shaft's bottom to absorb impacts.

Step 9: Fix Leveling Parts / Limited Switches

• Install leveling devices and limit switches for precise stops and safety.

Step 10: Electric Controller

• Set up the electrical controller for managing operations; ensure secure connections.
