Four Style Home Lift On Sale
1. Outdoor home lift: Outdoor home lift use heavy structure shaft. Shaft glass is 5+0.75+5mm double layer glass.
2. Home lift in concrete shaft: XYZLlFT supply home lift and landing door.
3. Home lift with glass shaft: Home lift with glass shaft, Home lift size is designed according to installation area
4. Home lift only: Thins kind home lift is suitable for limited home lift installation area.
1. Safety steel rope:Our hydraulic home elevator at XYZ Lift has four high-strength steel wire ropes that can each sustain a minimum load of 3000kg.
2.Explosion proof valve: Explosion proof valve is mounted in cylinder, if the cylinder or rope is damaged, lift will not fall down immediately.
3.Safety gear:Our home lift has a safety gear device that is also extremely important. When the lift car exceeds the rated speed or if there is a rope breakage or slackness, the safety gear device will act to quickly stop and clamp the lift car onto the guide rails to avoid danger of the home lift operation.
4. Overflow valve in motor:The hydraulic home elevator motor at XYZ Lift has an overflow valve, which is necessary for safety reasons when the home lift is running. The role of the overflow valve is to protect against excessive pressure during operation; it also plays a key role in the protection against over loading.
5. UPS System:At XYZ Lift, the home elevator is equipped with a UPS power system to ensure uninterrupted operation during a power outage. In the event of a power failure, the UPS will automatically provide power back up so the lift will keep running.
6.Emergency stop on HCP and COP:The home lift has an emergency stop button that allows passengers to stop the lift car in case of emergency.
7.Safety panel under platform:The home lift has an under-platform safety panel which is a very important safety device. When the home lift is going down and something blocks it, the system will automatically bring the car to a stop, preventing unexpected accidents.
8.Intercom: the lift car and electric box can be equipped with a dedicated intercom system that allows users to press one button for emergency communication.
9. Light curtain:We install a light curtain in the home elevator. A light curtain is a state-of-the-art safety device that uses light beams to detect if something is in the way. When something obstructs any of the light beams, the control system will immediately tell the doors to open and make the home lift stop so you have a safe, secure experience.
10.Home lift door safety lock: Home lift landing doors lock to make sure that the home lift runs safely. When you run a home lift and it is moving, the landing doors are locked in place. This stops anyone from entering. When the home lift reaches the floor, the only door that can be opened is the door that matches the floor level you are on. This controlled access makes your home lift safer and stops any problems or distractions from opening the landing doors on other floors.
11.Double limited switch:We use Omron limit switches on all of our home lifts to allow us to find the exact floor level accurately and reliably. We also incorporate an additional limit switch at the top floor as an extra safety feature.
12. Automatic door close:When the home lift goes to the floor, after you get off and someone else gets on, the landing door will close automatically. This allows the home lift to be much easier to operate. It also makes you feel that the door is securely closed when you need it to be.
Home Lift Type
XYZLIFT Team will supply suitable type home lift according to customer requirements and installation area size.
Traction Type Home Lift Introduce
Traction lifts operate using a pulley system with ropes or cables attached to the lift car. An electric motor drives the pulley, allowing the car to move up or down. The use of counterweights helps in balancing the car's weight, leading to higher energy efficiency.
Advantages:
1. Energy Efficiency: Traction lifts consume less power, especially in taller buildings, due to the counterweight system.
2. Smooth Ride: Traction elevators provide a smoother ride with gradual acceleration and deceleration.
3. Higher Speed: Capable of faster movement compared to hydraulic lifts, making them ideal for tall buildings.
4. Greater Capacity and Height: Can handle more weight and travel longer distances, serving multiple stories easily.
Disadvantages:
1. Higher Cost: Installation and maintenance of traction lifts can be expensive due to their complex machinery.
2. Space Requirements: They typically need a machine room for the motor and pulley system, which can be a limitation in space-constrained homes.
Hydraulic Type Home Lift Introduce
Hydraulic lifts have a mechanism that involves a hydraulic fluid-driven piston in a cylinder to lift the car. When activated, hydraulic fluid is pumped into the cylinder through a valve, pushing the piston up to elevate the lift car. To descend, the valve opens, allowing the fluid to return to the reservoir, causing the car to descend under its weight.
Advantages:
1. Lower Initial Cost: Hydraulic lifts are generally cheaper to install compared to traction lifts.
2. Simpler Design: They have fewer moving parts, leading to lower maintenance costs and easier repairs.
3. No Overhead Machinery: There is no need for a machine room at the top of the lift shaft with hydraulic lifts, providing installation flexibility.
4. Suitable for Low Buildings: Hydraulic lifts are well-suited for low to mid-rise buildings (up to five or six floors) due to their slower speed and cost-effectiveness.
Disadvantages:
1. Energy Consumption: Hydraulic lifts are less energy-efficient, particularly in taller buildings, as they have to lift the weight of the hydraulic fluid along with the car and occupants.
2. Speed Limitations: They operate at a slower pace than traction lifts, making them less optimal for high-rise buildings.
